Custom Prints or Stock Usage
Browse through our collection or do a search for the images you are looking for. When you find one you like...
1.
Click on the lightbox icon beneath the photo to put it into the lightbox.
2.
Collect as many as you like. You can always remove them later. To view your lightbox click on the button at the top of the page.
3.
Make sure you review the prices and options on our print pricing page and stock estimate page.
4.
Click on the button "EMAIL THIS IMAGE LIST". Recipient should be quote@underwatercolours.com.
5.
FOR STOCK: Please give us a short description of what you would like to use the images for (for example usage in a brochure, on a web site, or other). Please be specific. Include your telephone number so we can call you to discuss the image usage and quote you a price.
FOR PRINTS: Please tell us the size and finishing options you are interested in. For example, 16" x 20" print, mounted, glossy laminate.
Once your email is received, we'll contact you immediately for more details.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance before we will print or deliver any photographs for all new customers. Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card via PayPal.
Delivery
Delivery
is done electronically via ftp or on CD or DVD via
UPS or Fed Ex.
About Returns
If
you have any problems with the images you purchased
from us, please contact us within 48 hours of
receipt of the image. Returns are not
accepted unless there is a technical problem
with the image or product. In those cases, replacements
or substitutions will be immediately
issued. Users are encouraged to work with image
in its low resolution version until they are
confident of what they want to purchase. Please
contact us if you would like a watermarked high
res image.
